Return and refund policy
CAPTAINS COLLECTION never bills anyone for HD Video Downloader Pro. This page states that position plainly, and sets out the one route that exists if a charge naming the app ever appears on a statement.
Free to install, paid for by advertising
No sale, no subscription, nothing to refund
HD Video Downloader Pro costs nothing to install from Google Play, and advertising covers the cost of running it. CAPTAINS COLLECTION does not sell the app, does not operate subscriptions and offers no in-app items. No money moves from a user to the publisher, so the publisher has no refund to issue.
The same holds for captainscollection.shop. This website has no cart, no checkout and no payment field of any kind, and it asks no visitor for card or bank details.
Advertising funds the work instead: the app is free to install and carries advertising from third-party networks.
There is nothing to send back
HD Video Downloader Pro is software delivered over Google Play. No parcel, no packaging and no return address are involved, so the equivalent of a return is simply removing the app.
Uninstalling it from your Android device deletes the app along with the data it kept in its own storage, such as the preferences you set inside it. Video files you chose to save stay in your device storage; delete those separately if you no longer want them.
If a charge names this app
The app reaches devices only through Google Play, so a payment carrying a title close to it would be a Google Play transaction. Google Play is the merchant of record for those payments: Google takes the money, holds the receipt and is the only party able to return it.
Begin in your Google Play order history, which opens in a browser or from the Play Store app on the phone. Find the entry by its date and amount, then open the Report a problem option beside it and submit a refund request. Google weighs each request against its own policy and time limits, and Google decides the outcome.
Two details in that list repay a careful reading. It names the exact product charged, which often proves to be a different app with a similar-sounding name. It also shows any subscription still running, including one started by another person sharing the same Google account.
We can confirm whether a charge is ours
If the order history leaves the matter unclear, email contact@captainscollection.shop with the date, the amount and currency, and the Google Play order number. Mention the device the app was installed on if you know it.
We will say clearly whether the product on that receipt belongs to CAPTAINS COLLECTION, which usually settles the question. We cannot see your Google account, cancel a Play subscription or move money, so the refund request itself still has to be made to Google.
If a paid feature ever arrives
Should CAPTAINS COLLECTION introduce a paid feature, a subscription or an in-app item, this page is rewritten before that feature ships, with the price, the terms and the refund route set out here first. Until those terms appear on this page, take it that nothing connected to HD Video Downloader Pro is for sale.
